Expectations of Clients
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to allow time for proper intake and preparation.
If you arrive late, we will need to shorten the session to accommodate other upcoming sessions. Full payment is still required.
I need at least 24-hour notice in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 25% of the session cost.
Please do not eat 2 hours prior to our session. Maintain proper personal hygiene leading up to our appointment.
Show up present and not under the influence. Sexual harassment is absolutely not tolerated; the session will be terminated immediately if safety is threatened.
Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session. If unwell, please reschedule; do not show up experiencing symptoms of illness.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to the session.
On outcall appointments, if you do not show up within 15 minutes of the appointed time, you will be fully charged for the appointment.
What You Can Expect From Me
Providing professional and competent healing services tailored specifically to your physical needs and personal concerns.
I am available to be contacted between the times of 9am - 6pm, Monday through Thursday, and I will return calls within 24 hours unless I am out on vacation.
Clients are treated with absolute respect and professionalism. I do not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, political association, or personal habits.
Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Proper use of sheets for draping is strictly followed to maintain privacy during every session.
I have my set prices based on fairness, but I also offer a sliding scale when needed. The most important thing is that you get the healing services you need.
I will be performing services within my scope of practice to the best of my abilities. I will refer you to other specialists when the bodywork isn't in my scope or best interest.
I will keep accurate records of our session so as to properly plan out the best course of treatment suited especially for you. I dutifully keep all my skills updated by attending workshops.
Appointments are generally confirmed the day prior to our session. I seamlessly accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards, and Zelle.
